This is a really fun piece, its about the size of 1/2 of a large gumball! Its got outrageous fire in deep pools, it extraordinary to look at. I went to Magdalena Mexico and purchased this opal directly from the man who cut and polished it. I set it in solid 14k Gold in a rustic fun ribbon type setting with the backside exposed as well. The bail is stamped 585 this is 14k Italian gold.
